KINCARDINE UNITED CHURCH is seeking an enthusiastic, creative person to fill the position of Part-time Coordinator of Ministry Teams.  The successful candidate must be able to work with staff and volunteers to facilitate the creation, mentoring and coordination of dedicated Ministry Teams, made up of members of the congregation, to carry out of the mission of Kincardine United Church in a focused and coordinated way. 
Key responsibilities of this position will include:
• Developing leadership and coordination of the various Ministry Teams;
• Assistance with Christian Education;
• Facilitate the optimum use of communication technology ;
• Liasing with other area Churches and community groups;
• Strengthen and maintain a vibrant Pastoral Care Team.

Candidates must demonstrate:
• Strong communication skills;
• Leadership and facilitation skills;
• Team building and motivational skills;
• Organizational skills including planning and implementation.
