SHARING MEDITATION (Revisited)

Meditation can be a beautiful place of prayer and where you can be closer to the Lord but sometimes it can be a difficult technique. Two Parishioners of KUC, Randy Norris and Charles Ludlow are long time meditators who have agreed to teach and to share their experiences. Randy, has been meditating for over 35 years and will share methods of meditation in 4 week course and help interpret your experiences. Beginning on January 16th to February 6th from 6 pm to 8 pm. in the Chapel.
